20 years experience within commercial finance and operations roles, CFO and similar roles since 2016.

A proven strategic approach with hands-on exposure gained within SME growth businesses as well as £250m+ global turnover organisations.

A background of providing significant improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information

Led change management projects from corporate restructuring to organisational design and system implementation.

Significant M&A experience.

Significant improvement in the quality and reliability of financial information including quality and accuracy of cash forecasting.

Took part in day to day finance responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, board packs, investor management and financial reporting.

Successfully delivered the assignment of all desired leases of venues from the administrator.

Develop and maintain integration frameworks, templates and process.
