Working closely with a highly engaging Head Of Finance and Senior Leadership Team, this role will suit an experienced, commercially astute finance professional who has strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders as well as having a ‘hands-on’ mentality.
The Company is two years along the path of its transformation into a data driven business. Having implemented SAP Business One in 2019 and PowerBI reporting in 2020, they now require an articulate, commercially aware analyst who will support the business to take the next step to bring this to life.
While reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will be very much outward looking, with accountability to their marketing, sales and supply chain teams to create and deliver high quality financial and commercial analysis to achieve better business performance.
The successful applicant will take responsibility for the P&L from Gross Sales through to Gross Profit and will collaborate with the Financial Controller in the preparation of the Company’s accounts to ensure that performance at customer, channel and product levels are measured accurately.
Main Areas of Responsibility
• Management reporting
• Data integrity in SAP, PowerBI and other systems
• SAP administration, process management and monitoring
• SAP and PowerBI ongoing development
• IT project management experience
• Forecast and budget
• Business Partnering

Requirements

Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and the ability to retain the wider view

Part/fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with MRP systems and advanced reporting tools

An appetite for communicating and storytelling that is a match for that of creating and assembling data and information
