Over 15 years Construction, property development and house building experience within Plc and SMEs
Worked closely with Commercial team to ensure the over-achievement of construction budgets, resulting in improvements of £2.3m
A proven background of working in both a ‘hands-on’ capacity and strategic, board level positions
Management of Finance Department, overseeing the Financial Controller and a team producing the financial information for up to 60 companies, including two AIM listed and one LSE main market listed entities
Sourcing and negotiating funding
* Management of IT and HR
* Forecasting & Modelling
* Production of IFRS consolidated financial statements
* Production of FRS 101 and FRS 102 subsidiary accounts
* Produce financial models to assess profitability of new ventures & the most appropriate funding methods
* Investor Relations and presentations
* Liaison with High Net Worth investors through to institutions, ensuring confidence in financial information
* Negotiating and overseeing legal work on disposals, acquisitions, joint ventures and associates
* Background work on new share issues
This candidate is available at sort notice for permanent and interim contracts, is highly credible, articulate and well presented with a proven background of success.
Salary £100,000+ Base +package

We charge a flat rate of 20% +VAT (of annualised remuneration) for permanent recruitment and offer highly competitive charges for interim assignments. Our introductory rate doesn’t increase with salary levels and whilst most agencies will do this, we have never felt this to be a fair approach. You should always receive the same, high quality service regardless of the seniority of the role.
