– Due diligence for company sale and reporting for the acquiring business
– Post acquisition integration and harmonisation

– Recruitment and mentoring of the finance team
– Implementation of “pay & bill” application

– Preparation of Year End financial statements and tax computations for the group
– All group VAT returns
– Preparation of budgets and review of forecasts
– Reviewing costs and income with Project Managers
– Working capital review, working alongside loan providers
– Monthly management accounts and variance analysis
– Business partnering with operational sites and project managers
– All company PAYE returns and Year End reporting
