Financial Controller (ACCA)
Experience within multi-site and multi-national businesses
Commercially focused, with experience of Group structures, growth and fast-paced businesses across multi-site retail, hospitality and manufacturing businesses
Producing operational budgets & 5 Yr forecasts for existing and new UK & Global sites
Working closely with Group Operations and General Managers to provide financial insight
Mentoring and development of the finance team (7 staff)
Management of accounting and consolidations for 16 companies across multiple sites
Business partnering and analysis for each site including variances
Responsible for Year End, monthly VAT and financial statement reconciliations
Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports for Executive team
Lender reporting and analysis for external investors
Implementation of expenses policy for US and Europe
– Preparing budgets for the management company and liaising with department heads
– Running monthly payroll and pension submission for Head Office and operational sites
– Head Office employee expense claims
– Balance sheet control and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis
– Monthly Cost v Budget reports for each Head Office Department
– Strong IT skills – Excel, Access, Xero, SAP Concur, Sage 50
– Sound knowledge of IFRS and how to apply it
– ACCA qualified and Prince2

Flat Rate Fees
Whether engaged on a retained, retained-light, or contingent basis, we charge the same 22% percentage. Our introductory rate doesn’t increase with salary levels and whilst most consultancies do this, we have never felt this to be a fair approach. You should always receive the same, high quality service regardless of the seniority of the role.
As well as our honest and direct approach to communication, when we are engaged on a retained basis we carry out vacancy-specific, candidate 'quality of service questionnaires' to all short-listed candidates. These provide unique insight and feedback about both BondMoran and your own handling of a specific campaign.
Solutions, NOT sales
We offer a range of customised solutions that includes all of the above and more. Some of our ideas are completely tailored to a specific campaign and every assignment is bespoke to solve the specific the challenge faced.
We offer a FREE replacement for all permanent recruitment. If we are able to spend greater time on the qualifying process, we will share a greater onus on the candidate's the longer the level or our responsibility.
