Are you a commercially astute, experienced Director of Finance with a background in a growth recruitment business?
This established, successful global Company, with a stable, highly credible and engaging management team are seeking a new FD to partner them on the next stage of their journey.
With decades of industry experience between them, the Senior Leadership Team have built an established, respected and innovative market leading Company within the recruitment sector.
Working closely with the CEO, Senior Executives and a variety of stakeholders, this role will suit an experienced, qualified, finance professional who has strong communication skills and the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance individuals as well as having a hands-on, ‘knowledge sharing’ mentality.
The Finance Department currently has robust controls, processes and procedures and you will maintain a culture of constant review and improvement, developing the finance function and its impact on the business.
Having invested heavily in technology to ensure the business utilises market-leading metrics, your commercial acumen, sector knowledge and input will be essential for successful performance.
You will develop and control the annual operating budget, contribute to the company strategy and ensure the agreed objectives are achieved.
If you can demonstrate a background of the above, along with strong team management, development and mentoring skills, as well as that well-known blend of being hands-on and strategic, this could be the ideal opportunity.
