Experiencing substantial international growth, this second-stage start-up are seeking a commercially minded, Finance Professional who will thrive on helping to build something special.

The new Finance Director will be a key part of this.
You will form a close partnership with the CEO and the existing management team and stakeholders, providing strategic finance advice and direction. You also need to strike that well-known balance within any SME of being hands-on and adopting a pragmatic approach to the transational requirements. Day to day financial management is supported by external accountants, with plans to grow the finance function as the business expands.
The Company are currently planning for their next round of fund raising to support future growth. Therefore experience within this area is beneficial.
Your ability to communicate effectively, working with and presenting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels is essential.

Qualified Accountant – Preferably ICAEW from a respected firm

Strategic decision maker with a high level of commercial acumen
