Following an unprecedented period of growth, this customer focused, collaborative and forward-thinking organisation is looking to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. You will work closely with the commercial and operational teams to develop controls, processes and be responsible for accurate reporting for the business.
You will need to have experience working within a reporting and controls environment, have sound knowledge of IFRS and experience of US GAAP and SOX control. You will need to maintain a hands-on approach, as you will be required to produce monthly reporting packs, manage the UK balance sheet and consolidate the financial results. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will need to partner across the finance team and to influence stakeholders.

• Month-end control and reporting
• Consolidated monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations for the UK
• MI reporting for senior management
• Statutory controls and compliance under SOX requirements
• Ideally you will be an ACA Qualified accountant
• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to work in a change environment
