London/Hybrid - £75-£80,000pa (FTC equivalent)

This business have highly-ambitious plans, combined with an impressive, knowledgeable and welcoming Senior Leadership team.
This is a newly created role for a particularly engaging, multi-site business, who have a proven product and are on a high-growth journey.
Having spent some time with the Company and seen their concept first hand, we are able to talk about their unique proposition, their position in the market and their clear plans for the future.
As the Head Of FP&A, you are going to be a key part of this story.
The business have become established in their sector for several years and, as part of the accelerated growth, they are now working towards and ‘event’ that will ensure their offering is able to scale at a far quicker pace.
Working closely with a driven, credible, supportive and experienced CFO, you will become the lead for the FP&A function. Whilst previous experience of heading up this area is beneficial, the role will also suit an individual with a strong background within FP&A who is looking to take a step-up.
Key to your success will be your technical competence, your attitude and your ethic.
You will be highly analytical and data-driven with strong commercial instincts and experience.
As with any business on this accelerated path, you will be pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable with a constantly changing environment.
With clear leadership, this company have an ethos of creating effective partnerships and you will work as a strong strategic partner internally with all areas of the business.
With a culture of constant improvement, you will be reviewing, identifying and driving change to increase productivity and ensure robust controls are in place, allowing the finance function to be embedded with all material commercial decisions both at the planning and the implementation stage.
If you are collaborative in your approach and have a history of offering insights and tools that drive commercially oriented independent decision making across previous businesses, this could be the ideal match.
