Head Of Finance - c£70,000 - £75,000pa
Having worked in this sector for over 20 years, this is one of the most exciting projects we have worked on!
We are working closely with this highly experienced, extremely credible management team, who are in the process of setting up a new UK Head Office for their global Company.
If you want to be part of a rapid growth business and do more than produce monthly accounts, then this could be the ideal opportunity.
The business has a proven track record and the growth plans for the organisation over the forthcoming twelve months are incredibly ambitious.
Supporting and partnering with the CFO, you will have considerable involvement in migrating and effectively setting up new processes and procedures for the Finance Function. Essential to the success of this role is your ability to ‘futureproof’ the infrastructure as much as possible with scale-able, robust processes playing a key part.
Given that there is an established distribution network in Germany with numerous existing sites, relevant language skills will be advantageous.
The role will initially oversee, mentor and develop two other team members and you will play a key part in growing a highly efficient finance team.
As well as the above involvement, this position will take ownership of the production of meaningful and accurate financial management information. Production of both management and financial accounting will be required although the overriding factor will be your commercial approach and ‘hands-on’ mentality.
With the journey ahead and the commercial exposure that comes with it, ensures that this is not your ‘standard’ finance role.
