In this newly created role, you will lead the efforts in defining specific areas of the business, creating business goals and taking all ‘people’ policies beyond their current reach.
You will be involved in the creation of all HR driven strategies, be the subject expert for all employee relations issues/training and will define workforce planning initiatives that will be implemented across the wider business.
Essentially you will have the breadth of experience to lead from the front.
