A highly successful, market leading organisation who are closely linked to the education sector, have retained BondMoran to recruit a new, strategic and credible Head of HR experienced in managing the delivery of HR advice and guidance.

The business has a superb and proven concept, a strong foothold in their market and a very impressive track record of delivering positive results. Importantly, it has a very clear ethos and offering driven by the highly knowledgeable Senior Management Team.

Reporting into and working closely with a highly driven, engaging Commercial Director, you will be a leader with strong operational and strategic HR management experience gained in part working in a Unionised environment, preferably the education sector.

You must also have an ingrained customer service ethic, good communication skills at all stakeholder levels and the ability to see and deliver commercial opportunities in our market.

The responsibilities of this role are wide ranging, varied and include mentoring, managing and developing an HR team, working with the Commercial Director on a number of projects, as well overseeing the day-to-day running of this wide-reaching function.

Requirements

  • You will be experienced in Senior Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Hiring, Developing Standards, Fostering Teamwork, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement and Building Relationships.
  • You will ideally be CIPD qualified (level 5 or above), skilled in organisational astuteness and change management, commercial awareness, people skills, retaining employees, negotiating, mediating and presenting.
