Soon to complete a fixed-term-contract at a prestigious, Mayfair based private members club, this highly knowledgeable finance professional has a wealth of experience within the hospitality sector, both in the UK and abroad.

He is commercially-minded, accurate and technically astute with the experience and confidence to partner with business units and business leaders. He is able to challenge performance and assumptions to drive business performance and he has the ability to comprehend and communicate complex concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Expert in executing team-driven process improvements to increase revenue growth, operational efficiency, and overall profitability. This candidate also has a proven track record in the development of high performing teams, identifying and implementing strategic initiatives and delivering change and growth.

He has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a respectful and collaborative approach to developing successful and sustainable working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE

• Leading finance departments, determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, formulating policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial and process controls.
• Analytical and commercially-minded and strategic thinker, who can create and develop the long-term vision and is also a robust, personal contributor with a desire to “roll-up sleeves” and make it happen.
• Analysis of current performance, prioritising growth opportunities, preparing business models, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective action.
• Able to succinctly convey complex financial information to people who do not have an understanding of finance matters
• Passionate about people and building working relationships through an open and approachable working style.

Salary expectations £65,000+
