> Involved in negotiations of commercial deals and work with senior management team recommending negotiation strategies based on analysis of financial information and developing a business case.

>Worked with the Senior Management to develop the Commercial Strategy of a key regeneration project.

>Assisted Land Director in negotiating both commercial and residential transactions.

>Prepared a multi stage financial model to understand and drive the residential values uplift and the absorption rate.

>Streamlined key business process by integrating development programme with a business plan to provide real time information.

>Managed Group’s current investment programme in compliance with investment framework and prepared exceptions report in compliance with Group’s corporate governance and risk management strategy.
