– Reviewed global Handbooks, contractual, compensation, clawback and Directors’ Agreements
– Created and implemented a new governance structure
– Overall responsibility for all ER activity, including TUPE and redundancy
– Employment related drafting, exit arrangements and negotiations
– Creation and development of Global leadership development programmes
