Are you a Qualified Accountant who would like to be part of a rapidly growing investment business based in Central London?
The organisation is at an exciting stage of their growth and this new role will work closely with, and be mentored by, their impressive and experienced Head of Investor Reporting. Their senior management team has a wealth of experience across banking, asset management and operations so are well placed to understand the needs of institutional investors and whilst having accounting requirements, this position is not a ‘standard’ finance position.
You will need strong reporting, financial modelling and analytical skills however you will also need to have a common sense/commercial mentality in order to interpret and understand the potential implications of financial information and then act effectively.
This is a diverse client facing position. Roughly half of this role will be responsible for reporting the financial results of investments and supporting key clients in their financial operations and accounting, whilst the other half will be about engaging with and understanding the requirements of the institutional clients you work with.
You should have a good eye for detail, be intelligent and will ideally be able to demonstrate your understanding of the bigger picture and how the finance function impacts on the wider business.
Given the sustained growth this firm have experienced to date, you will need to be comfortable with a fast paced, rapidly evolving business and be prepared to embrace the opportunities and added responsibilities that may come as a result.

Qualified accountant –ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Experience of preparing accounts financial statements for high net worth individuals or financial services clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of working in a small team and interacting across different business areas including managing external business relationships
Highly organised with an understanding of how to operate in high control environments and able to work under pressure
