Operational Payroll Business Partner - c£65,000pa +35% bonus & excellent bens

Our Client has a newly created, Senior Finance position for a commercially aware, qualified accountant to work on a key project within their nationwide business.

This complex organisation has an annual T/O in the region of £220m and a payroll spend approaching £60m pa.

Given the plans for ongoing growth and continuous improvement, the Senior Management Team have identified the need for an added, permanent resource to carry out a high-level project focussing on the Payroll infrastructure within the group.

This is a key business partnering role, building relationships with and supporting all key stakeholders. You will be responsible for collating and analysing data, identifying a plan/solution and subsequently taking ownership for the delivery of agreed actions.

A proven ability to liaise with both finance and non-finance colleagues at all levels and demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen is essential for this opportunity.

This is an extremely fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative approach to their working style and the ability to work in this manner and ensure ‘team-fit’ is another key criteria.
