Recruitment Marketing Manager
Herts/London base - WFH hybrid

A forward-thinking business, with offices in the Hertfordshire and London areas, are now looking for a talented individual who wants to develop their established marketing skills in a people focused, HR environment.
On a daily basis, you will be engaging with potential employees across various platforms and establishing close networking relationships with universities and other educational institutions. You will be interacting with both active and passive talent, whilst continuously raising the brand and employee offering.
You will be managing the graduate recruitment programme covering all stages, from event planning to creation of all tailored presentations used at university open days.
This is a newly created role which combines modern day technology with traditional recruitment techniques for a company that wants to stand out and raise their profile.
The business are highly engaging, supportive and they are happy to train and develop you on the recruitment element of this position.
You just need the ability to follow guidelines and have a genuine interest in people and helping grow an already successful business.
You will be required to deliver in the following areas:
– Measuring various KPIs including applications, interviews, offers and hires
– Promotion of the online employer brand
– Managing the internal referral scheme
– Communicating with all potential employees and relevant external groups
– Supporting recruiting managers with campaign advice and delivery
– Designing and implementing HR specific systems and databases aimed at applicants and candidate management
To support you in the role you will have access to an established marketing team who will assist with the creation of all collateral needed to create awareness.
You will also receive the best on the job training from a passionate, engaged Head of HR will work closely with you.
This role is largely yours to define.
