Due to continued success and investment, there is now an immediate need for someone to take charge of the sales function of this business.
You will take a lead on:
– Defining business goals to enable delivery of complex sales strategies
– Providing high level insight, accountable for the sales forecast
– Ensuring consistent sales across 3 operating companies within the Group
– Day to day management for the sales, project and associated support teams
– Handle single sales projects with values ranging from 100K to £2.5million
Reporting directly to the Senior Directors, you will be a true collaborator and integral part of the senior leadership team

The position offers progression routes up to Director level and can be achieved in any of the Group operating companies for which you will play an active part in. The final salary and benefits package will be tailored to you specifically.
This is a flexible working position (1-2 days in the office, the rest WFH or on the road). Work will be mainly London based but as a company they also work nationally and across Europe – travel will be limited but may be required on occasion.

Relevant sales experience gained at operational and strategic level
