‘It’s the people who make the party’.
Some Accountants like ‘maintenance’ type, finance roles. Others like large corporate environments where they are surrounded by a highly rigid finance team.
This is certainly NOT one of those ‘typical’ roles.
If you would like to be key member of the Finance Function within a company that’s experiencing 100% growth in pre-covid revenues, that has made two acquisitions in the last quarter, and has a war chest to support aggressive future growth plans, then it could be worth a chat.
The business is currently implementing a share-save scheme to ensure that success and future ‘events’ benefit all involved.
‘Exciting opportunity’ is a phrase that is regularly used by companies who can’t then substantiate this statement. This business can clearly support the claim and although this position will bring challenges, it’s a rare career opportunity IF you have the right mentality.
This well respected hospitality business have a highly experienced, credible and commercial senior leadership team who have achieved rapid success and growth to date.
With this strong foothold in their sector, a superb proven product, a clear identity and a track record of delivering consistency, they are now positioned for the next chapter in their story.
