Financial & Corporate Reporting Manager

North London - 6 Month Contract

Salary: Up to £75,000pa inc retention bonus

Are you an experienced, Financial Reporting Manager, seeking the commitment of a long-term contract?

A highly respected, established business, driven by an engaging Senior Leadership Team, require a technically competent individual to support their UK Group Finance Director.

The business is an exceptionally well-respected Company with a strong foothold in their sector.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring that the individual business units meet the Regional reporting requirements and deadlines including all month end, quarter end, year-end and budget/planning loads.
Safeguarding assets and correctly recording liabilities
Compliance with IFRS Financial Accounting Standards
Statutory Accounts Production
Financial Compliance
Ensuring the Integrity of Reports and Accounts
Ensure Balance Sheet Reconciliations are reviewed, maintained and justified on a monthly basis across all business units.
Reconcile local ledgers with Group Reporting submissions

There are several additional, longer-term responsibilities that would depend on your ability and desire to develop this role beyond the initial contract.

The ability to effectively communicate with contacts at all levels is essential to this position as is ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • A Qualified Accountant with relevant experience
  • Financial Audit experience (Internal or External Audit)
  • An engaging personality with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Corporate reporting and consolidation experience is essential
  • Managing Statutory Accounts Production
