– Merged two business units and harmonised processes and systems
– Implemented Sage 500, including customisation and testing
– Due diligence for business purchase and post integration
– Start-Up experience, established finance function and processes
– Introduced cash flow forecasting and monitored weekly
– Board reporting and operates as part of the senior management team

– Preparation of monthly management accounts
– Statutory accounts preparation and liaison with external auditors
– Annual budget preparation, monitoring and forecasting
– Submission of VAT returns, PAYE, and NI
– Group consolidations
– Ensuring tax, SOX, UK GAAP and IFRS 102 compliance
– Expenditure, sales and revenue analysis on a monthly basis
– Stock reconciliations
– Multi currency bank transactions and bank reconciliations
