This prestigious business with a rich history, are seeking a Head Of Finance to help drive much needed improvements to the structure and quality of the reporting within their finance function.
Working closely with an engaging senior leadership team, this role will suit an experienced, qualified finance professional who has strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of non-finance stakeholders whilst also having a ‘hands-on’ mentality.
You will be involved in all areas of the finance function and will be charged with motivating and coaching a team to ensure they embrace more efficient and commercially beneficial working practices. Given the nature of the organisation and the stability of the team, this role will suit an individual who has been involved in previous change management positions and who understands the likely challenges that this may face.
Your ability to review processes, identify improvements and subsequently engage with those involved to drive a ‘business partnering’ mentality will also be essential to your success in this position.

Requirements

Technically strong with a relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
