Head of Finance - £70,000-£80,000pa base salary
Are you an ambitious commercial finance professional who thrives on helping build something special? Our Client is an impressive entrepreneur who, having already built a highly successful business, is now looking to implement improvements and drive performance to the next level.
As an established retail business with international interests, a strong foothold in their market and a track record of delivering positive results, they are now seeking a Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), Head of Finance to lead their finance function and support the decision making process.
Working alongside the CEO as an integral part of the management team, this role will take ownership for the financial performance of the Company and provide constant departmental improvement with genuine influence on the success of the business.
Given the commercial requirements of this role, it will be highly advantageous to have had experience within retail, FMCG, manufacturing, stock, brand retail and/or import and export.
Aside from the commercial involvement, you will also be managing, motivating and developing a small Finance team. It is also essential for the success of this position that you are prepared to get involved with the daily tasks required and that you are hands-on with the departmental duties.
