As the new Finance Director, you will be a key part of this.
You will form a close partnership with the Directors and the existing management team and stakeholders, providing strategic finance advice and direction.
You also need to strike that well-known balance within any SME of being hands-on and adopting a pragmatic approach to the transactional requirements.
The Company are currently working with a top 4 accountancy firm for their Series A fund raising to support future growth which will involve international opportunities. Therefore experience within this area is beneficial.
Your ability to communicate effectively, working with and presenting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels is essential.
